Overheating of bearing:


(1) After a long time of use, bearing wear is excessive, replace the bearing.


(2) The quality of lubriCAT-parts-partsing oil is not good. Different grades of grease are mixed. The grease contains impurities. Remove the old grease and replace it with new grease after cleaning.


(3) Docking with the prime mover is not good strictly to the straight, to find the concentric.


Cause and treatment of easy fire after starting gasoline generator stop:


1. Serious blockage of air filter.


Check the condition of air filter.
