Common faults:
Can't power:
(1) Check and correct wiring errors according to the circuit diagram.
(2) The excitation windings of the main generator or exciter are connected incorrectly, resulting in incorrect polarity. It is often caused by wiring error after replacing the excitation winding. It should be checked and corrected.
(3) Rotary silicon rectifier element breakdown short circuit, positive and negative conduction. Use a multimeter to check the positive and negative resistance of the rectifier element and replace the damaged element.
(4) The excitation winding of the main generator is broken. Use a multimeter to check and measure the excitation windings of the main generator. The resistance is infinite and the excitation line should be connected.
(5) The winding of the main generator or exciter has a serious short circuit. The armature winding has a short circuit, which is generally obvious overheating. The short circuit of the excitation winding can be determined by the resistance value of its tributaries. Replace the damaged winding.
The principle of:
A working cycle includes four piston strokes (the so-called piston stroke refers to the distance between the piston from top dead center to bottom dead center) : intake stroke, compression stroke, expansion stroke (work stroke) and exhaust stroke.
Intake stroke:
During this process, the engine's intake valve opens and the exhaust valve closes. As the piston moves from top dead center to dead center, the cylinder volume above the piston increases, so that the pressure in the cylinder drops below the atmospheric pressure, that is, the vacuum suction is caused in the cylinder, so that the air is sucked into the cylinder through the intake pipe and intake valve, and the oil nozzle spray atomized gasoline and air are fully mixed. At the end of the intake, the gas pressure in the cylinder is about 0.075-0.09MPa. The temperature of the combustible mixture in the cylinder has risen to 370-400K.
Compression stroke:
In order to make the combustible mixture inhaled into the cylinder can burn quickly, so as to produce greater pressure, so that the engine emits higher power, must be compressed before combustion, so that its volume is reduced, the density is increased, the temperature is increased, that is, there is a compression process. In this process, the intake and exhaust valves are all closed, and the crankshaft pushes the piston from BDC to DC to move one stroke, that is, the compression stroke. At this time, the mixture pressure will increase to 0.6-1.2MPa, and the temperature can reach 600-700K.
